The North Yorkshire Farmhouse & Stables make perfect holiday accommodation for a group of up to 14 guests looking to enjoy a holiday in the Yorkshire Dales, with two fantastic cottages in the market town of Masham which can be booked as one property and have a shared private garden for guests to enjoy. Both properties are centrally heated and offer modern comfort without sacrificing their classic charm.

The North Yorkshire Farmhouse is the largest of the two properties, a Grade II listed building constructed in the 17th century which can host up to 9 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The ground floor features two splendid sitting rooms, one with a more formal atmosphere featuring leather Chesterfield sofas and an open fireplace, while the other offers a casual family feel and contains a flatscreen TV with a Sky package, as well as a warming wood-burning stove.

There's a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen with appliances like a range cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and plenty of utensils, alongside which is a roomy, high-ceilinged dining area which seats up to nine guests.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one with a super-king-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with twin beds. The first two bedrooms share the house's main bathroom while the latter has its own en-suite shower. The fourth bedroom, the master suite, occupies the entire loft space on the floor above, with a king-size bed, and features additional day bed, and an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath.

Features like exposed beams and an open fireplace provide plenty of traditional charm that make the North Yorkshire Farmhouse somewhere really special to stay.

The second property, the North Yorkshire Stables, has been carefully converted from an 18th-century stable block, offering 3-bedroom accommodation which can sleep up to 5 guests.
In this charming cottage you'll find an open-plan sitting and dining room where you can relax on the comfortable furniture and keep yourself entertained with the flatscreen TV with satellite channels as well as an X-Box or Playstation games console.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, with an oven, hob, and microwave, and there's also a shared utility space which has an American-style fridge with an icemaker, as well as handy laundry facilities.

There's an accessible bedroom on the ground floor, ideal for those with mobility issues, which also has its own en-suite shower room.

The other two bedrooms in the North Yorkshire Stables are situated on the first floor, where you'll also find a shared shower room. One of these bedrooms contains a king-size bed while the other has a single bed as well as an additional pull-out bed.
