With room to sleep up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms, Delmhor No3 makes fantastic accommodation for a dog-friendly holiday in the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands, with a superb location on the outskirts of the town of Aviemore, within walking distance of the centre.

Guests can spend some time relaxing together in the property’s open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, which has two comfortable sofas as well as a Smart TV with Freesat channels and Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming services.

The kitchen space offers all you need to prepare something delicious on a self-catering holiday, with an electric oven with induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you might need. You can sit down to eat together at the extendable dining table seating 6, and a handy dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze.

Delmhor No3 features three comfortable bedrooms. There’s a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with a zip-and-link bed which can be made up as a double or two singles, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. All have bedside cabinets and space to store clothes.

There’s also a family bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

There are grassy gardens at the front and rear of the property, with a patio at the back and a covered veranda with outdoor furniture at the front. The back garden also has a gate which leads out into a beautiful pine forest. Guests have access to their own private hot tub in a lockable shed, where you’ll also find a convenient washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s plenty of room outside for drying outdoor clothing and storing outdoor equipment.

With its peaceful location in a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by the wonders of the Cairngorms National Park and conveniently close to the bustling town centre of Aviemore, Delmhor No3 really does have something for everyone.
