Situated on the edge of Aviemore, it boasts a peaceful location in a small cul-de-sac while still being within walking distance of this bustling town’s amenities.

Delmhor No1 is laid out entirely on the ground floor. The spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room offers plenty of comfortable furniture, with 3-seater and 2-seater sofas as well as a reclining chair, in addition to a flatscreen TV with access to Freesat channels.

The kitchen area offers everything you’ll need for preparing delicious meals, including an electric oven with induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, and utensils, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. When food is ready, there’s a dining table to seat 6 for everyone to enjoy a meal together.

The property has three welcoming bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space. There are two double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, as well as one twin bedroom with two single beds. There’s also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Delmhor No1 has gardens with grass at the front and back, with a covered veranda complete with outdoor furniture at the front of the house and a patio area, as well as the luxurious hot tub, at the rear.

For additional convenience a lockable shed, containing a washing machine and tumble drier, is provided for the use of guests. This is also a great place for drying outdoor clothing and storing outdoor equipment.

Aviemore’s town centre is within walking distance, and this is a perfect home base for setting out to explore the surrounding Cairngorms National Park.
