With all rooms laid out across the ground floor, Delmhor No4 offers plenty of space to relax and socialise. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room features two sofas and an armchair to relax on, as well as a flatscreen TV with Freesat channels for entertainment.

A superbly equipped kitchen space contains such essential amenities as an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a range of utensils, crockery, and cutlery, plus a dishwasher and washing machine so cleanup is easy. A dining table seats 6 for meals together.
Delmhor No4 has three bedrooms. Two of these are double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, and the other is a twin bedroom with two single beds. Every bedroom has a built-in wardrobe for clothes storage, with both of the double bedrooms also having bedside cabinets.
There’s also a family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over.

There are lawned gardens to the front and rear, with a covered veranda at the front featuring outdoor furniture to seat 4. A patio area out back features a luxurious hot tub, ideal for guests to soothe their cares away, and a gate from the back garden also leads to a beautiful woodland area perfect for walks.
