Enjoy an unforgettable Highland break on the Black Isle with a stay in this quaint traditional cottage which sits on the shore of the Cromarty Firth. With room for up to 3 guests, it’s an ideal home base for exploring the local area or just enjoying the sight of wildlife in the nature reserve.

All the rooms of this property are set out on the ground floor. There’s lots of space to relax in the open-plan living, kitchen and dining room, which features a lounge space including a sofa and armchairs, a welcoming wood-burning stove, and a TV with Freeview channels.

Preparing meals is easy with the convenient modern kitchen, which includes appliances such as an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as all the kitchenware you could need. When food is ready, there’s a dining table for sit-down meals together.

Landlands has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a built-in wardrobe, and a mirror, while the other has a single bed, bedside cabinet, clothes rail, and mirror. The family bathroom has a bath with a plumbed shower.

Outside you can enjoy the wild appeal of a natural garden which stretches all the way down to the shore of the Cromarty Firth. Please note that children should be supervised in this area since it opens onto the water. Also in the outside space you’ll find a patio area, as well as a shed with a bench and window.

This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing Scottish holiday enjoying the beautiful location and watching wildlife on the nearby reserve, as well as being an ideal home base for setting out and exploring the local charms of the Black Isle peninsula.
