Beach View is a 3-bedroom semi-detached holiday property which is well-situated for a seaside holiday in the historic fishing town of Nairn in the Scottish Highlands. Wonderfully furnished and with a prime location right next to the beach and 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre, this house is ideal for a relaxing break.

The lounge on the ground floor is well-suited for spending time together, well furnished with a 3-seater settee, an armchair, 2 window chairs, and a real-flame gas fire. A TV and Blu-Ray DVD player ensure you won’t get bored.

The property has a nicely equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing something tasty, including an electric double oven, an electric hob, a microwave oven, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and even a coffee filter machine. For added convenience there’s also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Once food is ready, you can sit down at the 4-person breakfast table or, for formal dining with everyone present, head to the dining room which has a table and chairs to seat 6 as well as an audio unit for supplying the music.

Also on this floor is a bathroom featuring a freestanding bath with a shower hose.

Upstairs you’ll find Beach View’s three bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed with bedside units and lighting, as well as a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe with an internal mirror. It also enjoys superb views across the Moray Firth and Nairn Links. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, and includes a bedside unit with a lamp, a dressing table with drawers, and a mirror.

The third bedroom is suitable for children only and contains bunk beds and a wardrobe. Also on this floor is a shower room with a lovely walk-in rainfall shower.

Beach View has an enclosed rear garden with a patio area, as well as a front garden with a seat overlooking the local green space of Nairn Links.
