This modern eco-lodge is situated close by to the popular village of Cheddar in Somerset, located on a stylish holiday park. With space to sleep two, it makes an ideal break for couples who want to relax in welcoming surroundings with access to their very own hot tub.

The open-plan living room has an inviting ambience, with pleasant décor and comfortable furniture that includes a fabric sofa and two Scandinavian fabric armchairs with foot cubes. You can keep yourself entertained with a wall-mounted Bang and Olufsen TV with audio system, Bluetooth connection and Apple TV.

The kitchen is well equipped for all your food preparation needs, including a built-in NEFF oven with a hob and grill, a fridge-freezer, a NEFF microwave, a Dualit kettle and toaster, a built-in wine cooler, and a dishwasher. It’ll be easy to perk yourself up in the morning, too, with the Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and you can sit down for meals at the two-person table in the dining area.

Superbly comfortable and welcoming, the bedroom has a super-king-size bed as well as a wall-mounted Smart TV and bedside tables and lamps. There’s also a dressing table with a mirror and a lamp, as well as a built-in wardrobe with shelving.

The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious Villeroy and Boch bathroom suite. Enjoy soaking in the freestanding bath with its waterfall filler, or rinse yourself off in the walk-in rainfall shower. Other amenities include a heated towel rail, a heated mirror with LED lighting, a wash basin, a shaver socket, and a WC.

Step outside through the French doors in the living room or the bedroom and you’ll find yourself on the fantastic decked terrace which wraps around the lodge, with LED lights around its sides. Here you can enjoy sunny days or summer evenings as you relax in the partially sunken Jacuzzi hot tub, stretch out on the designer sun loungers, shelter beneath the starlit canopy with seating for two, or savour some al-fresco dining with the two-person outdoor dining set.

Take the time to explore the rest of the grounds of the holiday park too, which includes communal parkland and a little orchard for guests to enjoy. If you’d like to savour a pint or two of what Somerset is best known for, there’s also the on-site Cider Barn. Of course, you’re also ideally situated to set out and explore the other attractions of this fantastic county, including the nearby village of Cheddar.
