Windermere Holiday Park stretches for almost a mile along the shore of Windermere, with five private piers and multiple slipways available to guests for launching boats. If you enjoy fishing, it's a perfect location for that too (please enquire about licences at reception), or perhaps you'd rather just take a walk along the shore and admire the views.

The park is perfectly located for exploring beyond Windermere to the rest of the Lake District. The national park is ideal for cyclists and walkers with plenty of trails to explore, and there are sixteen lakes to discover, not to mention its soaring mountains and bustling towns and villages.
