This superb pet-friendly lodge has sleeping space for two and is located in the Lake District on Hill of Oaks Caravan & Lodge Park, a fantastic holiday site set on the shore of Windermere amid ancient woodland. With wonderful lake views from the balcony, this is the perfect place for a romantic escape.

The property's open-plan living area contains a lounge with comfortable furniture and a plasma screen TV, a dining area with a table seating two, and a superbly equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering break, including an electric oven and gas hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Oak flooring and vaulted ceilings give this area a spacious, welcoming feel.

Head out through the patio doors from the lounge and you'll find yourself on your own private decked balcony with patio furniture, where you can sit out and enjoy spectacular lake views and immerse yourself in the scenic woodland surroundings.

The lodge has a double bedroom, also enjoying lake views, which contains a comfortable bed and a docking station for iPods or iPhones. There's also a shower room with a power shower.

A parking space is provided alongside the property, as well as bike storage. You can also make use of the boat launching facilities from the private jetties.
