The Roundel is a comfortable new property on the beautiful Hawkswood Country Estate. It can sleep as many as 10 guests in its 5 cosy en-suite bedrooms, four of these with super king beds that can be used as doubles or twins.

Two of the bedrooms come with their own dressing rooms, and, in addition to the en-suite bathrooms with their power showers, there’s a separate main bathroom complete with whirlpool bath.

The main living area is a spacious round room with a high conical roof. It contains both a lounge and a dining area, and is dotted with five large windows offering views across the Scottish countryside. The first floor houses a second comfortable living room, which possesses a wall-mounted television, as does the Roundel.

The well-equipped kitchen contains an oven, microwave, steam oven, induction hob, two large fridge freezers, and even a Rayburn stove. It also hosts a dining area with a large table. For keeping things tidy there are two dishwashers and two sinks, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the utility room.

Outside you’ll find the ideal relaxation spot in the form of a BBQ and patio area, as well as a private hydro spa which sits beneath the shelter of its own pagoda.

Golfers can perfect their skills in the Roundel’s 9-hole short-game area, as well as the private 270-yard driving range accessible to estate guests. They’ll also find Hawkswood Country Estate the perfect location from which to take a trip to the many superb golf courses in the local area.
