The Camel Trail
The Camel Trail is a cycle and walking trail covering approximately 18 miles of flat terrain between Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin. Bikes are available to hire at various points on the route and the flat terrain makes it easy for younger children to keep up. There are many guides and maps available showing both the route and great stop off points along the way.
The Eden Project
Get a taste of the Amazon Rainforest at the Eden Project in Cornwall. The state of the art Bio-Dome has an astounding number of tropical plants and foliage for you to explore. With events all year round and an ice rink in the winter, the Eden project should definitely feature on your holiday bucket list.
