There's lots of space to relax in the gorgeous open-plan living and dining room, which boasts exposed oak beams as well as designer furniture and a warming gas log burner for comfort. You can keep yourself entertained with the flatscreen Smart TV, Bluetooth radio, and high-speed wi-fi internet, and sit down for dinner together at a dining table big enough to seat 8.

In the fully equipped and stylish modern kitchen you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Make use of essentials like a gas range cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher, as well as additional luxuries like a Nespresso coffee machine and a wine cooler.

Iris Cottage has two bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, underfloor heating, a hairdryer, luxury bed linen, mattress, and duvets, and plenty of space for storage. One bedroom has a double bed, with the other having zip-and-link twin beds which can be made up as a double if required, as well as a travel cot being available on request.

The family bathroom contains a large bath and a separate walk-in shower, as well as designer fittings, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, and even a waterproof flatscreen TV. Towels and bath products are also provided.

Outside is a shared courtyard space that's perfect for sitting out on a sunny summer day. With some lovely landscaping, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower for washing off the sand after a day at the beach, this is a great place for relaxing.

A range of shared guest facilities are also available, including a washer/dryer, ironing facilities, and body boards you can borrow if you'd like to try your hand at hitting the surf.
