Lady of the Lake is a lovely dog-friendly Lake District self-catering holiday cottage at Waterfoot Park with feature windows and beautiful views. Waterfoot Park is set in the grounds of a Georgian mansion which overlooks Ullswater, thought to be England's most beautiful lake. It's an ideal base for exploring the Ullswater Valley in The Lake District National Park, now a a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The cottage hallway has ample space for coats and boots and opens onto a spacious kitchen and a bright and airy living space with the original feature window for views across the grounds. This is a holiday cottage that's perfect for any season with its cosy log-burning stove set in the original stone fireplace.

The comfortable lounge features a large leather sofas to sink into after a day out at the Lakes. The well-equipped contemporary kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a handy washer/drier. The kitchen also features a large dining table and a separate breakfast bar. The lounge opens, through a glazed door, onto a private terrace where a picket gate leads onto a shared garden with a lawn that's perfect for picnics.

The picturesque grounds around the estate are also shared and ideal for evening walks. The Lady of the Lake cottage has one parking space with others available on request.

Upstairs in the cottage are two bedrooms: one king size double and one twin room, both with TVs, the second bedroom offering a view across the fields of Ullswater. The cottage has family bathroom featuring a bath with a shower over.
