Standard Giveaway Terms and Conditions:   

Travel and meals are not included in the prize. The winner may be required to pay a deposit which is refundable provided there is no damage to the property during their stay. After the giveaway ends, the winner will be drawn and notified within 7 days. Prize must be claimed by the winner within 48 hours of notification. Any booking details required by Michael Paul Holidays should be submitted within 1 week of winner notification and any applicable damage waiver deposit should be paid by the winner within 1 week of winner notification. If we do not receive requested booking details and damage waiver deposit from the winner within 7 days we reserve the right to draw a new winner. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry is free. The giveaway is open to entrants aged 18 years and over. Employees of Michael Paul Holidays and their agencies are not permitted to enter. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. We reserve the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances change which are beyond our control.
