What does ‘best price guaranteed’ mean?
Michael Paul Holidays has a price parity agreement with all its partners. This means you won’t find our holidays cheaper elsewhere.
In the event of a pricing error, i.e. where you are able to book the same exact holiday elsewhere at a lower price, we will refund the difference.
The price is guaranteed as the best price available at the time of booking. Should the price subsequently drop, or an offer or promotion be added to a holiday, after you have already booked, you will not be eligible to claim a refund for the difference between the booked price and the reduced price.
This guarantee doesn’t apply to holiday extras, payment protection premiums, or accommodation sold in a package by the owner or another.
