100% Holiday Booking Refund Information
Michael Paul Holidays' 100% Full Booking Cash Refund is provided by the Protect Group, and we offer their service Refund Protect.
If during your holiday break check-out you upgraded your booking to a Refundable Booking option and are unable to attend your holiday booking due to an unforeseen circumstance which is outside of your control, you may be entitled to a 100% refund any time up to departure.

Once you have made your booking you will receive simple instructions on how to apply for a refund in your Booking Confirmation Email and Summary.
PLEASE NOTE- You MUST confirm the 100% booking refund extra option at the same time as your booking. Not making your booking refundable now will be taking a risk with your break. You will not be able to add this valuable option after you’ve made your booking.
